# Before you start

> Connecting your Appinion account with Appstore Connect allows you to reply to apps reviews directly from Appinion and take advantage from the reply kit including automations.

Apple requires you to enable access to Appstore Connect API. To enable this access you need to be an Account Holder and follow this steps on [Appstore Connect](https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/login).

1. On Users and Access page select the integrations page.
2. Click on Request access.
3. Agree to the terms and press Submit.

This needs to be completed before you can start the process to connect Appstore Connect with Appinion.
