The assistant never sees your credentials
The connection is established using OAuth, the same industry standard used when you sign in to a service with another account. When you connect an AI assistant to Appinion, you’re redirected to Appinion to sign in and authorize access. The assistant never receives your username or password. Instead, Appinion issues a secure access token that only grants the permissions you’ve approved.
Access only to your own data
The assistant’s access is always tied to your Appinion account. Every request is restricted to the apps and data you have permission to access. It can only retrieve insights within your authorized workspace. There is no way for the assistant to access apps or data belonging to other Appinion accounts. Every request is securely validated before it is processed.Know more
