Solutions to the most common issues you may encounter when connecting an AI assistant to Appinion.

Common issues

Verify that you’ve copied the connection URL exactly as provided and pasted it into the custom connector field of your AI client.
After adding the connector, you also need to enable Appinion within your conversation. In Claude, open the **Connectors **menu and enable Appinion. In ChatGPT, open Tools and enable Appinion.If the connector still doesn’t respond, remove it, add it again, and repeat the setup process.
When you connect an AI assistant, your browser opens a window where you sign in to Appinion and authorize access using OAuth.If this window doesn’t open, or the authorization process doesn’t complete successfully, remove it, add it again and repeat the setup process.
AI assistants are available as a paid addon for the Growth plan. If you haven’t subscribed a growth plan , see Pricing to explore your options.
Remove the Appinion connector from your AI client. You can reconnect it at any time by repeating the setup process.
